We have a long history in property sales and have established many strong business relationships with Surveyors, Solicitors and Estate Agents over the last twenty five years.
The SellersPack panel of Surveyors includes D M Hall, Graham & Sibbald, J & E Shepherd, Allied Surveyors, Murray & Muir, R & W Hall, Spiers Gumley, First Surveyors Scotland Group (Barr Brady, David Adamson & Partners, Dixon Heaney, Gabriel & White, Hardies, Stephen J Ormand, Buccleuch John Sale, Torrance Partners, Whyte & Barrie and Samuel & Partners) – these are the Surveying Firms on most Banks and Building Societies' panels – helping the prospective purchaser to secure a mortgage with a SellersPack Home Report.
Surveyor Firms upload a Company profile and scale of fees to the platform, indicating whether or not a Mortgage Valuation Report is included. Before registering please note that our policy is to refer home report instructions only to Surveying Firms whose MVR's are accepted by High Street lenders.
The SellersPack platform is used by Selling Agents throughout Scotland for both instruction and delivery of Home Reports.
SellersPack can generate Home Reports for your Private Clients.
i) The platform has online Single Survey and MVR templates.
ii) The Property Questionnaire is completed online by the Seller.
iii) The Energy Report and any other supporting documents can be uploaded to the platform.
iv) The completed Home Report document is available for online viewing or can be emailed to prospective purchasers by a Selling Agent.
v) SellersPack record and time-stamp each Home Report delivery, that log is available for online reference.
